The adventures of Lego me
Work, Rest and Play

Phew Hi everyone, lego me has been pretty busy and to top it off she has lots more work to do. She just thought she would take a few minutes to have a break. We all need to stop once in a while and recharge our batteries.
So what exactly have we been up to I here you ask? Well on Saturday we shot an amazing wedding. The bride and groom were simply brilliant. Imagine the scene: it was a beautiful sunny day, lots of fluffy clouds in the sky (photographers like fluffy clouds) we arrived at the Giltar Hotel situated in the picturest town of Tenby in South West Wales. The Hotel overlooks one of the most stunning beaching in the world, with views of Caldey Island. Tenby has been many a destination for lots of people over the years and hosted quiet a few celebrities. Tenby was also at one time voted in the top ten of stag and hen do's in the world, although Tenby is still a great place to spend your absolute parties, it also has become more family orientated with places such as Anna's wild welsh zoo, Folly farm and Oakwood attractions nearby. It truly is a wonderful part of the country. So how do I know this, well at the wedding reception I was taking to guest from London, Scotland, Ireland and North of England, these guest travelled from far and wide to attend their loved ones special day and they all commented how beautiful Tenby was and that they were disappointed they did not book for longer, I'm pretty sure they will be back.
So back to the wedding, It was a civil service which was conducted at the Hotel. The bride looked absolutely stunning in her white wedding gown encrusted with Swarovski Crystals and full length skirt and train complimenting her look with a veil and a beautiful shower bouquet. The bridesmaids were in a sky-blue colour and held posies of cream roses. The groom (we won't forget to give him a mention) he was in a navy blue suit with white waist coat. Straight after the wedding vows we headed outside to capture the group shots, we did block the entire road so I hope locals did not mind? Once the group shots were completed we then headed off will smaller groups a bit further along the esplanade. Overlooking the beach was where the immediate family shots were taken along with the bridesmaids and groomsmen. I have to say the whole day was as if we were abroad. Finally we took just the couple onto the beach where we shot more photographs.
I hasten to add the bestman's speech needs a mention, We have been to lots of weddings and heard lots of speeches, this one will stand out as a classic. Earlier on in the day when I was taking to the bestman and reassuring him, "you will be ok" I never expected what was to come. He stood up, mic in hand, then the music started and he started to rap. Not just any old rap, but one he wrote himself to the tune of the prince of bell air. It was brilliant and all the guests were blown away. The day turned into night and we left them dancing the night away...
So with that in mind, break over and to get on with editing and creating memories!
